Real Jack of Trades (Rjot)
- Due to the Spread of COVID 19, my helpers and I do wear masks when close to clients or each other. We may not work with masks on due to outside temperatures and labor, stay clear of our work area and we will be done quickly and efficiently.
- All digital payments will register as a BackHandStudios purchase.
- Those Hiring or Retaining RJOT are responsible for all monies due in full, or legal action can be taken, including a lean on said property for lack of payment. (Including court costs, and losses doubled)
- All working for RJOT are self insured, and will not file liable if injured on your property. However this works both ways;
- We are not responsible for any damage to life or property on the job.
- State, Local and federal Tax income is reported for "Services Rendered" when applicable.
- DigRite must be called on all projects that require breaking soil.
- We do not do any certified work, if certifications are needed, we will not do the work. Hire a professional with a certification.
- The Owner/ Client is responsible for knowing, and filing and getting any required PERMITS.
- Tie Down rules vary by the auditor, we follow STANDARD TIE DOWN laws for the County.
- There is no Favoritism, we do Projects by turn in queue, and rate those by urgency.
- We have the RIGHT to refuse service to anyone.
- Anyone Retaining our Services should know these "Legal" guidelines & Liabilities. (The Website and our information is listed plainly on our Business cards. Referrals are expected to know our guidelines through Peer Services. Information gathered through Peers for retaining our services.)
- Hourly BID Prices can change dependent on unaccounted situations & unseen repairs causing delays.) Repairs and restoration work is unpredictable by the LAYER, so hours and time bid is dependent on what is found to be an issue during the project.
