Home and yard Cleaning and Upgrades

Trash haul off! FLAT RATE CHARGES!
  • $50 for partial loads (1/3 trailer Load or under)
  • $100 per large load (2/3 trailer Load)
  • $150 Full trailer Load up to one Ton - two tons $200
  • Rock/ and concrete adds to the cost by cubic foot by ton.

  • "Gathering" adds hourly rates to the pickup as listed in Hourly Rates < Click
RESTRICTIONS:
  • Mattress' $20 each fee (ONLY IF you want it recycled)
  • Will take TV's and electronics and appliances. 
  • No Chemicals or other controlled materials
  • No Yard Waste (Brush, branches, bushes or logs) - Use Yard waste Haul off service, which is the same but for yard waste such as leaves and limbs.
  • All material restrictions maintained by: - Springfield Landfill Assoc.

  • Materials are being taken to the City Works - at the Main Yard Waste process Facility near the power plant. They process this material into affordable Mulch & Fertilizers. (It is being recycled)
Clean Outs! Storage, sheds, barns and more!

  • All materials must fall with in "Landfill & Yard waste rules" to be hauled off. All charges paid in advance of loading. For moving specific items, scroll down for "GENERAL HAULING"-- Appliances and more.
  • Any and all materials once removed, are no longer our responsibility, as they will be going to a landfill or recycle center. We try and recycle as much as possible.

I can have a crew pick up your stoves and appliances as well, saving you money and time getting rid of those old items.
ATTIC LADDER INSTALL:
$300 + Materials ($200+) = $500
Installed, cut in and Trimmed.
You can have ease of access to your attic space. Material Price for most basic unit/ install.

An entire home can take a person about 4-10 hours to get every inch cleared of debris.

​Hours of holding a rattling Sabre is more hard work than one would think even in heat.
Sidewalk & Stone Porch Decks
- $100 per 100 sq feet 10 x10
- This is time consuming as the mildew always runs deep.

 For sidewalk and yard patio stone and brick cleaning, we take ground measurements and do the math. In example:

​Sidewalk Measurement of 3 foot wide - would be about 33.33 feet of sidewalk to be cleaned. Approx 11 = 3 x 3 tiles.
Power washing is hot, messy work. My clothes I wear are utterly useless- so imagine each visit I am likely going to lose a set of clothes that can not be recovered in a washing machine. It is messy, but the end result is worth it for sure~
Mold/ Growth is mainly on the North side of surfaces, and is always a good navigation identifier.

Do you have a grimy Wood or vinyl fence?

  • Wood fence cleaning - $100 for fence line up to 40 Feet, per side.
  • ​Vinyl or Metal Fence - $75 for fence line up to 40 feet, per side
If your wood fence was built with treated wood, it is likely a good cleaning will bring the wood back to NEW. The key here is if the pores of the wood were able to be clogged with the connecting matter of molds and fungus. 
If the wood was treated when it was built, (meaning the boards under pressure, not untreated boards coated in a fake magic sealant) through pressure treatment- than it is likely this growth will come right off using my special MIXTURE that is all natural and not a danger to you, your pets, yard or gardens.
This same MIX is what i use on siding as well and it leaves a clean sheen on the surface preventing future growth from developing as quickly. 

​Three sides at 40 feet, takes about 10 hours of work in the sun, coated in debris flying from your surfaces. Water pools soak your feet and yard, and on occasion you will throw water and mud at yourself- but it is rewarding work.

Flat rate fee for Short distance Shed moving. Basically I will come with a CREW and move your shed up to 50 feet from its present position for $200.00

Pricing covers weight prices at the dump by the ton, and 4 hours labor for (up to) 3 workers (including myself) It is dangerous, which is why I oversee the project and do the deconstructing, we are self insured so no worries of me or my workers coming after you for our mistakes. I have been doing this awhile now, so when it comes to building decon(struction) - i don't make mistakes. If we can get close to your building or not also factors into the price. If we have to carry and haul everything to the trailer, it takes longer and costs more. Barn styles cost more. Labor is not free, and skill is worth more ( we have both),

8 x 10,12 = $450
8 x 14 = $500
8 x 16 = $550
10 x 10,12 + = $600

12 x 20 + = $700 (+Measured by the square, loads, etc)

BASICS:  Shed Size PRICE (ABOVE), then ask yourself~

- Is it a Metal or Wood/ Composite shed? (Metal saves on weight)
      Is it metal? (loss in weight) Will still take wood pad, NO STONE or BLOCK. (- $50)
      Metal Shed and no pad to be removed and hauled off - (-$100)
      Metal Shed and need blocks hauled off as well. (+$100)

- Can a 6 foot wide trailer get into your yard? (Carrying material through a yard takes forever)
      Access to the building with my trailer (no access? Carrying it all?) , if we are carrying debris across the yard it adds time, and cleanup (My trailer is 6 foot wide, 16 feet long) One Load ( + $150)

- Does it have a finished interior? (Interior is generally sheet Rock and very heavy material)
      Finished Interior, (Sheet Rock/ Power lines/ insulation?), if the building is finished on the inside, it adds $100-$150 on 8x buildings, and $200+ on 10x buildings, and $250 for 12x and greater.

- Does it have more than one layer of Shingles on the roof? (Shingles weigh a lot)
       More than one Layer of shingles adds $50 per added layer. (weight increases)

- Is it Two story, or Barn style? (More Roof, more materials)
      Loft/ Barn style (larger roof area) or 2 story Height (Sheds only) + $100

-- LARGE BUILDINGS--
Larger = $650 Multiple loads and trips. Add Dump runs + fuel (Average $350 a Load x amount of loads)
(Basically $175 a ton, includes gas, haul off, and labor on large buildings) (Applying all variables above)

*Due to embarrassment, and confusion on all parties in previous Tear downs, I will be requiring pictures of your shed and your gate and yard (or a home visit to look at it). So there is no misunderstandings, about complicated access, fee's, and why they exist. I will come and check the situation out before giving a bid. (*If I have not come out to look at the building myself in person.)
