Power wash Home "Siding"
- Using resistance Soap - Slows film growth - Seals Vinyl Pores $100 per Side 1 story. (normal 1 story) An entire home can take a person about 4-10 hours to get every inch cleared of debris. Hours of holding a rattling Sabre is more hard work than one would think even in heat. |
Sidewalk & Stone Porch Decks
- $100 per 100 sq feet 10 x10 - This is time consuming as the mildew always runs deep. For sidewalk and yard patio stone and brick cleaning, we take ground measurements and do the math. In example: Sidewalk Measurement of 3 foot wide - would be about 33.33 feet of sidewalk to be cleaned. Approx 11 = 3 x 3 tiles. |
Power washing is hot, messy work. My clothes I wear are utterly useless- so imagine each visit I am likely going to lose a set of clothes that can not be recovered in a washing machine. It is messy, but the end result is worth it for sure~
Mold/ Growth is mainly on the North side of surfaces, and is always a good navigation identifier.

Do you have a grimy Wood or vinyl fence?
If your wood fence was built with treated wood, it is likely a good cleaning will bring the wood back to NEW. The key here is if the pores of the wood were able to be clogged with the connecting matter of molds and fungus.
If the wood was treated when it was built, (meaning the boards under pressure, not untreated boards coated in a fake magic sealant) through pressure treatment- than it is likely this growth will come right off using my special MIXTURE that is all natural and not a danger to you, your pets, yard or gardens. This same MIX is what i use on siding as well and it leaves a clean sheen on the surface preventing future growth from developing as quickly. Three sides at 40 feet, takes about 10 hours of work in the sun, coated in debris flying from your surfaces. Water pools soak your feet and yard, and on occasion you will throw water and mud at yourself- but it is rewarding work. |

I have been doing this awhile now, so when it comes to building decon(struction) - i don't make mistakes. If we can get close to your building or not also factors into the price. If we have to carry and haul everything to the trailer, it takes longer and costs more. Barn styles cost more. Labor is not free, and skill is worth more ( we have both),

- Does it have a finished interior? (Interior is generally sheet Rock and very heavy material)
Finished Interior, (Sheet Rock/ Power lines/ insulation?), if the building is finished on the inside, it adds $100-$150 on 8x buildings, and $200+ on 10x buildings, and $250 for 12x and greater.
- Does it have more than one layer of Shingles on the roof? (Shingles weigh a lot)
More than one Layer of shingles adds $50 per added layer. (weight increases)
- Is it Two story, or Barn style? (More Roof, more materials)
Loft/ Barn style (larger roof area) or 2 story Height (Sheds only) + $100

So there is no misunderstandings, about complicated access, fee's, and why they exist. I will come and check the situation out before giving a bid.
